All Connetix preorders have been shipped, except for those awaiting the Connetix 60 piece Rainbow sets.
We provide flat rate shipping of $11.95 and FREE shipping for orders over $220 - Australia Wide. This may exclude some bulky items. For our Melbourne customers, we sometimes offer free shipping about $99.
We currently use Australia Post for all orders unless the package is too large or heavy to be accepted. In that case we will ship through whichever shipping company will accept the package (usually aramex, shippit). Australia Post is our main shipping partner and we pay a premium price to be able to offer this to our customers. Some bulky items are not included in the free shipping threshold.
The majority of our orders are sent within 24 hours. We aim to send all orders out within two business days, although our dispatch times may increase during high sales periods including at Christmas and during sales. Please expect that delays can reach 7 days during these times for some orders. I'm a one woman team packing with my extra needs children at home. If we take a little longer, please be patient knowing I am working as hard and fast to get your order to you as quickly as I am able.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. We will ship to the address on the order placed on our website.
When your order is complete you will be sent an email containing your order information and tracking details. If you do not receive this, feel free to contact us so they can be resent to you.
If your order does not arrive by the predicted tracking date, or your order is in anyway incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days to rectify. If the order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can rectify the issue with our shipping partners.
All Products are in stock and ready to make their way to you, unless otherwise specified in the description. Please ensure you consider that pre-orders are listed with estimated delivery dates that are subject to change dependent on customs, shipping delays, border restrictions and weather.
Pre-orders are estimated times of delivery to us and subject to change. The Pandemic has created border restrictions that have meant it is unpredictable for stockists to provide definitive arrival dates, with delays very possible. Should you order a PRE-ORDER Item, your order will be sent all together. Please process your orders separately to avoid delays in us shipping in stock items. Should you order together and now require a second/split delivery, please contact us so that can be arranged. Extra shipping fees will apply.
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, which includes for delays in preorder dates beyond our control.
Where do we ship?
We currently only ship within Australia. We should be able to ship to all addresses, with the exception of bulky items. On occasion, we may not be able to find a courier to deliver to extremely rural addresses, as well as post boxes. International shipping costs are incredibly expensive and we have chosen not to insure for international orders at this time. Please note that if you use an international forwarding company, we will not be responsible for shipping complications or returns.
Our online system will not allow orders selected to ship to international addresses to process, if you process an order with the intention of it being shipped overseas, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of your order to cover our site fees and admin time.
Local Pickup from Clyde North, Vic
If you intend to collect your parcel in person, you can select local collection as a shipping option to waive shipping fees. If you need to collect outside our set collection hours, please email me at email@example.com beforehand to ensure I am available before you proceed.

Please note that local collection availability can change with lockdowns. We update availability regularly in our Facebook group and in our instagram stories.
Free Local Delivery to Clyde and Clyde North Vic
We offer free local delivery for orders over $50 for those in the post code 3978. This option should come up as you checkout. Our system does not allow for this option to be changed after the order is processed. Please ensure you select this option if you'd like delivery.
Bulky items are included in flat rate shipping or our free shipping offer, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure you are paying the bulky fee surcharge if it applies to your order, to avoid delays in your order being shipped. Rural addresses will be invoiced for bulky shipping. You will be contacted and advised of applicable shipping prior to dispatch which will then take place if you are satisfied. If you are in Melbourne Metro for shipping purposes, free shipping will apply.
On occasion, we may not be able to find a courier to deliver to extremely rural addresses. In these circumstances, your order will be refunded. We do not deliver bulky items to Post Office Boxes.
Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully.
If we choose to honour a return for change of mind, a 10% restocking fee will apply, whether the item has or has not shipped. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for return postage.
